Whenever the track is not reserved, it's open to the general public. Drop in to race against the clock, or against a friend and other racers. Each Arrive & Drive session is about 10 minutes long, and may include anywhere from 1 to 12 drivers. First time racers will receive a mandatory briefing session on rules on safety.

Dromo One Karts - The Indoor Racing Experience ^Featured

Located near Disneyland in Orange, California, Dromo 1 brings the thrill of real racing to the public with our challenging 1000ft-long track with plenty of opportunity to pass. Our gas powered, made in the USA, Stratos karts are powered by a custom-built, 9hp, Honda engine which has been clocked at speeds in excess of 40 MPH on the Dromo 1 course. Combined, the two produce The Real Racing Experience. No other indoor karting center can offer the experience that Dromo 1 does.

No training or previous experience is necessary. The only requirement for drivers is a minimum height of 5 ft. (60''). All racers will need to sign a liability release form; an accompanying parent or legal guardian will need to sign for those under 18 years of age. Upon signing into a race, D1 provides a thorough briefing session, a racing suit, full-face helmet with headsock, neck brace and gloves. All racers are required to wear closed-toe shoes; no tank tops.
