Job Duties:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shift Manager will be responsible for either the opening or closing of the location, the running of the shift, and ensuring your location is a fun and exciting environment for our guests and team members.
Responsibilities include:
o Guest service excellence
o Maintenance
o Employee satisfaction
o Cash management and policy adherence
o Health and safety
o Up selling additional Putting Edge offerings including birthday parties, fundraisers, group bookings and Putting Edge merchandise
o Cleanliness of the location

The Shift Manager position is part time (approximately 15 hours per week). We will only consider candidates who are available during the daytime, as well as some evenings and weekends.


Qualifications:
o 1 year experience working in the retail/entertainment/hospitality industries
o outgoing, upbeat, fun attitude
o demonstrated team leadership qualities
o availability to work day, evening and weekend shifts (approx. 15 hours per week)
